    Did circuit training after work. Yay!!! Hoping to get 3 sessions in this week.
    Jogged 3.1 miles this morning. Hopefully that will help me get through the day at work.

      ran 2.5 miles this morning and went back for a core/abs class tonight

        Hi ladies! I just discovered this thread and I deperately need to keep motivate with less than 6 weeks to go. So I'm joining in! I have 5-7lbs to go and toning that needs to get done and I've been having a hard time staying on top of it.

        Case in point, got up early to exercise this morning but its sooooo hot here (were having a heat wave), that I couldn't get motivated.

        I will before the day is out!

          1 hour bike ride yesterday and no ankle pain!!!

            Yes. I am back on track. Two years ago I went from a size 12 to a size 4. I let myself gain back every single pound. I refuse to spend money on beautiful wedding pics on the happiest day of my life not looking and feeling my best. Its gonna be a long hall

              I did 4 miles at 5 AM and am moving tonight so hopefully i'll burn off a few more cals :)

                  Overslept this morning and missed my morning jog. Did 30-second sprints for 10 minutes before 30-minute Step Aerobics & 15-minute ABS. Had a great workout and sweated like a pig.

                      Yup- chalene extreme- it it awesome and supereffective. Helped me lose 10 pounds so far in 6 weeks......
