    My ass gets too sore! lol The seats at the gym are REALLY small!

      That's why I hate using the stationary bikes too haha! They are so freakin' hard...I prefer to run on the treadmill or use the stairmaster personally.

        I tried using an eliptical trainer but it put some kind of weird pressure on my knee. I guess I'll stick with walking for now!

        It's laundry night for me tonight at my parents, so no time for the gym. Hopefully I'll be able to head there tomorrow!

          Had a great meeting with the personal trainer at the gym and he gave me good advice on weight training and cardiovascular activities. Modified my upper body routine with his suggestions and throw in some leg work. I am pretty stoked about the new program and hoping to see results in a month or two.

            Worked out today, taught my water aerobics class. I also just bought EA Sports Active for the Wii, can't wait to start my 30 day challenge!

                Havent checked in in awhile. Last night I played beach vball for 2.5 hours and tonight Im running 2.5 km and lifting chest and biceps!

                  Slept in this morning and didn't jog. Went to Step Aerobics at lunch. The reading on the scale this morning showed progress. Woo Hoo!

                    swam laps today for a couple of hours (not sure of the distance today, didnt keep track) and walker 1 mile. Im soo tired, sore.. its not even funny anymore.

                      Went to bikram yoga after work with my girlfriend. I sweated like a pig in class. It was great!
                      Slept in this morning and didn't jog. Went to Step Aerobics at lunch. The reading on the scale this morning showed progress. Woo Hoo!
