    Hot Yoga - I practiced religiously for a year and then I switched jobs and the times didn't work for me anymore. I absolutely LOVED it!! Now I just gym it a few times a week and I still do a few yoga poses at the end of my work out - but yep I made it there yesterday and today!! I read a quote the other day that is really relevant to me maybe some of you will find it helpful, too

    "You are only one work out away from being in a great mood"

      Today during lunch I did 20 mins eliptical, 20 mins treadmill walking at 15 incline, and 10 minutes stairmaster! So far still only 10 pounds lost. Have to adjust the eating!

        Today I did 45 min of weight training and 20 min of cardio. I would love to try hot yoga but the studios by me do not have it boohoo.

          Kate I did Shred level 2 today for the first time too! Way harder than level one. I didn't have a proper mat set up so I was really pissed about all the plank stuff.

            I flew over the step and landed on my right knee during step aerobics at lunch. Ouch... It is a bit sore and bruised up but hopefully it will be okay. Worked triceps and biceps after my day in the office was over.

              Ran about 4.5 miles and did a short arm workout.

                I ran for 3.1 miles on the treadmill and then did a 75 minute hatha yoga class last night.
                Tonight I'm planning on trying to make it to 4 miles (my treadmill keeps shutting itself off anytime after 30 minutes lately!) and will do my circuit training routing.

                    hi there...I have just started working out with a friend, what a difference that makes!!! For the past 5 days I have been going to spin class at 6am. Once I get into my groove I will start incorporating weights. This is a great thread, what a way to stay motivated!!!

                      Went to "Total Body Pump" at lunch today and hit both upper and lower body muscles. :)
