    I've been trying to do something every day. I was sick for 5 days last week (some weird GI bug) and lost 1 lb. I've been trying to run again despite my knee injury and discovered that if I run past the pain, the pain goes away after about 4 minutes, so it may just be my knee warming up. So I've ran 30 minutes on the treadmill for the last 2 days. I also did circuit training with my personal trainer last night and he upped my routine to be even more killer. Didn't know that was possible! But given that it burns 400-600 calories (not counting the 30 minute run I do beforehand), it's totally worth it! Only 8 lbs to go until my goal is reached, and 80 days to go before the wedding... I feel that a gradual weight loss is probably best as I do plan on keeping it off after the wedding :-)

      Yes, I did arms and shoulders from P90X. Everytime he said "it's X Time!" I wanted to throw the remote at the TV.

        I ran 3 miles yesterday on my treadmill and walked to 3.4 miles as cooldown. So far, so good with the knee. I think I was just being overly cautious!

          After a two-day motorcycle trip, I jogged 4.7 miles this morning. I ate bad on the road and need to get back into clean eating. :)

            Took a hot yoga class today!! Feel rejuvenated!!!

                  Went to "Total Body Blast" at lunch and I can't feel my legs this afternoon.

                    Ran on the treadmill this morning. Just jogging at all was an achievement,

                      It's FINALLY nice outside so I went for a really good hike and my legs are still burning!! YAYY!! I love feeling the burn even after you have worked out!
