I've been sooo bad lately.. eating and I havent seen the gym in months.
Actually I was pretty sick with a stomach thing for almost 2 months before they figured it out. I lost like 15 pounds! BUT now that I finally have my energy back I'm going to start watching what I eat again and getting to the gym to KEEP it off and tone up!!

I know this works against my work out but I had lobster/crab/shrimp ravioli with pink vodka sauce for dinner. Jillian will definitely torture me next time.

Also bought 2 Jillian Michaels DVDs after reading all about them on this thread: 30 Minute Shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I should be getting them on Monday!
