    Did 1 hour and 15 minutes of hatha yoga last night. I was so sore on Monday after my yoga retreat and developped a cold that forced me to rest Monday and Tuesday. Now I'm getting back into my routine!

      Ran 3K of hills last night (really tough!) and then woke up for a 5K run this morning. I feel like I'm lagging behind my running group so I need to pick it up!!

        I finally got back into the swing of things this morning and did 4.5 miles on the treadmill and a little bit of weights. I was bad yesterday and didn't end up working out after work. But I've made plans with FI, and I WILL be working out after work. I've taken way too much time off and really need to get my ass back in gear! BD shoot is in 2 weeks! EEK!

          I did not go to the gym yesterday, but I did weigh myself...
          And I have lost a total of 12 lbs since December!!!
          WOOHOO

          I am not my smallest in 10 years, yes, do the math, since I was 16 !!! 8 more lbs to go!!!

            I am still sick but made it to the gym for weights! Back to the food log!

              I did my weight routine, level 2, just assigned by my personal trainer last week. Wow, it is harder than level 1, that's for sure! I might be in pain tomorrow.

                I plan to get myself in gear starting tomorrow. I did gym 4 times on my wedding/honeymoon vacation so I did not totally fal off the mark. I am however, starting back on a much needed stricter diet in order to maintain my weight.

                  I did a quick 3K this morning. I can feel it in my legs today...I think I need a day off before I have to run 10K on Sunday.

                    After getting into a wedding budget fight with FI last night, it became too late to go to the gym, but I made up for it this morning. I did 5.6 miles on the treadmill.

                      It is pretty damp and cold today and I am skipping the gym. But I did go to Power Pump yesterday. :P
