    Well...I haven't done a thing since Saturday!! And I won't be now until Tuesday - I figured that my Zumba classes are working so I'll just stick with that - although I should probably throw in a few crunches here & there, but really...what's 2 weeks of crunches going to do??!! lol

      Today I did 50 min of cardio and 45 min of weights.

        Jogged 3.5 miles on the treadmill and 20 minute Windsor pilates DVD for buns and thighs.

          I am re-joining this thread FINALLY.....45 minutes on the treadmill tonight! Lots of crunchies too!!

            Just got back from a run - I may live in Southern California, but it is COLD out right now! Felt good and refreshing though after sitting inside at my desk all day. :)

              Today I took a spin class and ran on the treadmill for 20 min.

                Im getting back into my routine of cardio on my lunch break @ the gym and p90X in the evening at home! its my 2nd day...:)

                    I worked out last night and plan to again tonight. I am trying to do cardio 5 nights a week and rotate between arms and legs.

                    5 months, 5 days. I have to get going!!

                      Argh, have done no formal excercise since my last post about 1 month ago. Does installing laminate flooring all day in our home-reno hell count?? My things and butt have been killing me for days... My furniture is moving into my FI's house (I guess mine too now!) on Thursday, so for the next 2 evenings we will be reorganizing all his furniture to accomodate mine. I suppose that will be a work-out in and of itself!
                      I will get back on track: I got the Jillian Michaels Wii fitness game, which is pretty disappointing based on reviews but I have yet to try it. Anyone here tried it? I also have the Wii Fit, so I can start that up again.
                      On the up-side, I only gained 1.5 lbs during the holidays! I really made a conscious effort to NOT eat too many sweets. So I still have 10 lbs to lose, with less than 6 months to go... Is it possible??
