    I did a painful 30 mins on the eliptical this morning. I dont know why it was so tough. I'm thinking of taking my friend up on the offer and going for a spin class this weekend.

    Since I just started back into it, I'm trying to take it easy but I think it's time to amp up my workouts a bit.

      Definitely plan to do a Taebo tape tonight since workouts at the gym have become impossible.
      Chanti- I find that as I had 3 knee surgeries and it never was the same afterwards, the elliptical maching is a total Godesend.

        I P90x'ed today~ arms, shoulders and abs. Lets hope I can move tomorrow. lol

          I hate all of you!! Just kidding - I'm actually very jealous!!!
          I know my wedding is in 6 weeks, but why can't I get my ass to the gym, or to a workout class, or even just outside for walk!! Everyday this thread pops up in my subscriptions and I can't help but thinking "NO...I didn't effing exercise today!!" But at least it puts it in my mind. Tomorrow...that's it...I'm going to Zumba! Will somebody please stay on my ass about this!!??

            Does anyone have a way to get rid of MARMS (man arms)? Up until a year ago I had toned arms but all of the sudden I grew arms that I can not get rid of. I am lifting weights and doing cardio but that is not helping, does anyone have any suggestions?

              So my mom comes in town today, and I'm sure her trip here is going to focus around shopping and EATING wonderful NY food! HELP! I'm going to seriously need motivation to get my ass up and go to the gym and eating healthy while she's here. I'm nervous!

                I sooooo know what you're saying. I was/am doing ok, but I was going every 2nd day and then once in a while I slack to once every 3rd day. I seriously don't know if I even fit in my dress! I only have a week to go!
                All I want to do is eat ice cream.
                I think I'm bloated too BOOOOOOO!!!

                GET YOUR ASS TO THE GYM!!! I'm off work today to shop and to last-minute stuff, but I need to go to the gym too.
                Kick my ass too now!

                  Instead of ice cream (and instead of completely deprivng yourself!) have a scoop of frozen yogurt - I find that always cures my ice cream craving!
                  And after your scoop of fro-yo GO TO THE GYM!! It will only take an hour out of your day & you will feel so much better that you went!

                  And don't stress...I'm sure your dress fits fine! And just think...in less about a week you'll be able to lay on the beach to sweat off an extra pound or two!!

                    Im hopping on this thread - hope no one minds! I read it all the time, but never post anything. My problem isn't exercising, it's the eating of crap that kills me. I've been better in recent months, but still would like to lose a bunch of weight.

                    Anywho, despite not being able to walk properly from kickboxing last night, Ill go for another torture session again tonight. I call it torture, but I secretly LOVE it.

                      Welcome Sloan!!! I also call it torture but I love it too!! Today I did spin then ran 15 min on treadmill and 18 min on the stair climber. Less then a week to my 1st dress fitting.
