Uhm girls...what happend to this thread! Just because I've been slacking off and stuffing my face with peanut butter by the spoonfull doesn't mean the rest of you get to stop working out too! Ha! I did go to spin class this morning at 6am. I've got to work off the 4lbs I've seriously gained since getting back from the wedding. I didn't think I would do that! Yikes....back to it. Now who's been busting their butts at the gymhuh.gif??

I've been trying to get up and work out at the gym around 6:15ish before work and take the weekends off. I have to say that I slacked on Monday and today. Of course, now I feel totally guilty about it. But tomorrows a new day! Time to kick my butt back to the gym! Thanks for the reminder, Amy :)

Thanks for bringing the thread back Amy! I haven't quit working out, just haven't posted about it...I started spinning last week! I have been doing 2 to 3 weight classes a week, plus at least 2 more cardio sessions in the week (either spin, bodyattack class aka super intense workout, or elliptical/treadmill). I have been pretty good at sticking to 4-5 sessions a week. I went away for the long weekend though so time to get back to it after 5 days off!

Good girl! bunny_4.gif

I'm on a roll with spin classes twice a week as well. I love how much energy I have all day after doing it in the morning. Since getting back from the wedding I really cut down on my gym time and I seriously noticed a difference faster than I imagined. I'm back to about 5 days a week, trying to go Mon-Friday and take the weekends off. I feel like that's a good compromise from my 6-7 days i was at before the wedding. I need to get back in tip top shape before Italy in September! We'll be walking like crazy.....smile72.gif

Keep it up girls! muscle.gif I'm watching you :) popcorn.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
