    I did an hour of pilates yesterday.

      I was slack for a while because I kept going out of town, and then I got a summer cold and was exhausted. But I'm back on board!

      Wed- Full-body weights, bike commute
      Thurs- Intervals on the treadmill, bike commute
      Fri- Full-body weights, bike commute
      Sat- Swimming for about 25 minutes (haven't done it in ages, heh.

      Tomorrow I plan to go for a run. Next week I plan to lift 3x and do cardio at least 2x in addition to the bike commute (which is not all that far, but it's hilly and I def. feel it!)

        Went to the gym this morning and did 45 minutes on the elliptical.

          Yes I did! 30 min. weights & 1 hr. eliptical machine.

            Good job everyone! I've been a slacker, but i start bikini bootcamp tomorrow, yay! hopefully it's magic.

              Everyday 1 hour hard cardio, and 30 minute session with trainer....I want a wii so I can get wiifit and tennis but too broke

                I attempted to run in the heat today-- it was more like a long walk with some jogging interspersed. It was just too hot! But I was out for more than an hour, so I definitely burned some calories.

                  Okay - I have a logistical question....when you are working out twice in one day, do you wash your hair twice? How do you manage this? My whole hair-doing process is lengthy! No way could I do that twice in one day! Or do you have low-maintenance hair or just throw it in a ponytail?

                  I need to figure out how to work in this many workouts!

                    I throw my hair in a ponytail when I'm working out and I usually wear a headband to keep my bangs back...I don't have to wash it when I'm done - usually...

                    Thurs - 1 hour of full body weights
                    Friday - 35 min on the elliptical and 30 minutes of core
                    Sat - 1 hour of full body weights
                    Sun- 1 hour of yoga
                    Today - day off
