    Did a 5 mile walk today...feeling back on track!! Whew hoo!!

          Ok - DH and I have been running a ton...well, a ton for us. For the last 3 weeks we've been running 5 days a week. We've also done some half day hikes. We have a charity 5K on Sunday so we'll see how in shape we are.

          Too bad all this running is making my quads and booty bigger.

              Sunday - 1 hour of yoga
              Monday - 1 hour of weights
              Today - No workout - going to go see the Sex and the City movie!!! So excited!

                  Went to spin at 6 am again this morning with Andy...he's hooked; and misery loves company, so I'm glad he's there! Going back after work for weights and 30 min running intervals.....Down another 1.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Crazy! 19 days til we leave :)

                    Ran 2.5 miles and did abs. I need to take it up a notch. Plan on doing that the rest of the week.

                      Did Wii Fit last night for 50 minutes. This morning walked for 25 minutes on the treadmill and then worked out with my trainer.
