    Not today but last night I did a 30 min ab workout.
    Took the weekend off and I ate cheese curls all weekend. A big bag at that. But they were good though.
    But I will be hitting the elliptical tonight.

        Had our first co-ed softball game today (we kicked butt) and walked on our 20 min breaks at work.

            Alright I'm back on track.
            I did 30 min on my elliptical and 30 min of abs!!!

              So I did it again! I walked to and from work today. Two days in a row. I figure I have to get there anyway - its about 2.5 miles each way. And takes about 40 minutes. I have to walk faster!

                Yes I did. I am so excited because I just weighed in today and I have lost 15lbs. So if everyone continues to work out, it will come off. Keep up the good work.

                  Ok, its crunch time!

                  So I did the TransFirmer this morning (40 minute workout)

                  Barbell Strength group class then 45 elliptical for cardio.

                  Now, hopefully I'll wake up to work out in the morning and night again...

                    1 hour of cardio this morning 15 eliptical 15 treadmill 15 eliptical 15 bike
                    and I just got back from a 60 minute bootcamp class!!! and yesterday I had a personal training session........

                      I slacked off & took the day off! I had an interview during "gym time" with Mat & then I had no motivation to go alone later on.
