Tues: Push, 45 min cardio; obliques
Wed: Pull; 55 min cardio; lower abs
Thurs:Push; 45 min cardio; ball & leg lift abs
Fri:Pull; 55 min cardio; lower abs
Saturday: day off; My shower!...Oh and I will be drinking mimosas...yum.
Sunday: Mothers day brunch with My rents and Andys rents; day off

I love breaking it up....it really helps take your mind off of doing an hour of cardio! Congrats to you!!! I will be shocked if I get down to the size I was in high school. The scales at the gym are broken. It said I weigh 100 lbs. hahahahaha NOT EVEN close. I need to get a scale for our house.
