      abs, arms, shoulders and legs whew I'm pooped

      Plan on trying Amy's fat blaster recipe tomorrow = ) 15 min. treadmil, 15 min. eliptical, 15 min. treadmil and then 15 min. eliptical

        I actually walked home from work today. 40 minutes. My goal is to modify what I do without making a big deal about it.

          I finally made it back to the gym. I jogged/walked 2 miles and did 5 minutes on the stairs....lol...only lasted 5 minutes after my 2 miles. Oh and I did lunges on the treadmill when I was done.

            Ive been only exercising once a week which is by no means exercise, in my book. i'm so lazy when it comes to exercising but I'm going to try harder this week. Today I did 20mins elliptical, 20 mins of The Firm, biceps and shoulders.

                Monday: I was a cardio queen :) did 35 eliptical, 25 running, then finished with 10 row machine
                Tues: Push, 45 min cardio; obliques
                Wed: Pull; 55 min cardio; lower abs
                Thurs:Push; 45 min cardio; ball & leg lift abs
                Fri:Pull; 55 min cardio; lower abs
                Saturday: day off; My shower!...Oh and I will be drinking mimosas...yum.
                Sunday: Mothers day brunch with My rents and Andys rents; day off

                  WOW- this is KILLER.

                  I plan on doing this everyday if I can!

                    Yay! It's not really anything except the Amy gets cardio ADD workout! I really can't be on a machine for more than 30 min without getting antsy, so I started breaking it up into 15 minute intervals, and totally loved it. Now I can easily do 60 minutes because I don't get bored, and it switches it up. Glad to hear its working for ya! I'm down to 109 as of this morning and can hardly believe it. Havn't been this size since maybe highschool. Crazy.

                      I love breaking it up....it really helps take your mind off of doing an hour of cardio! Congrats to you!!! I will be shocked if I get down to the size I was in high school. The scales at the gym are broken. It said I weigh 100 lbs. hahahahaha NOT EVEN close. I need to get a scale for our house.
