YOU go GIRL! That's awesome! I'm trying to get to 115. I'm close. I need to try your recipe for the fat blaster!

Yay to you my date twin! smile159.gif You can totally do it! I think right now is the best time to get super motivated. I find I get really burnt out if I go buck wild for too long, so the 6 week mark is next Saturday, and that is when I'm really dialing down. You are doing great, and we are almost there! Yay! Aren't you getting excited....I'm seriously giddy like all the time; I can hardly wait. I'll be thinking of you on our day....Just one Dreams resort away......elefant.gif

That's amazing! You must feel so great!!

I piled wood for an hour this afternoon & then hit the gym for arms & squats today. I'm starting to feel great about working out!

I just need to try to set a realistic goal for myself. I have an athletic body type, so I'm afraid I'm not going to lose many pounds. I usually lose inches & tone up much quicker than I actually lose any weight...

I went for a bike ride today, and tomorrow will swim. I've really been struggling with my weight lately. I've added rollerblading three times a week, and eating.....fish. I'm not much of a fish fan, but because the protein is so high and the calories so low I'm trying to warm up to it.

For lunch I made tuna with humus , celery and red onion. With humus its not so bad.

I've been doing a good two hours every other day for a couple of months now and have only lost about one pound, but I'm a lot stronger.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
