Went to the gym, did 40min cardio, then weights: shoulders, bi's, tri's, back, chest and abs.

    went to the gym. 45 on the eliptical, 20 on the master step. Tricepts & bicepts.

      45 minutes this morning...I am sore. I feel like this is the first time I have worked out in days...maybe i am working new muscles. I'll go with that!

        I piled wood at Mat's parents house this afternoon for 2.5 hours!! I don't think I'll be able to go to the gym for a week now! (don't even want to know how sore I'll be tomorrow knowing how bad I feel right now! lol)

          I did alright today.
          Worked on my abs for 35 minutes.
          I'll try to hop on the elliptical tomorrow morning.

            I fell off the wagon also but I'm back on as of Monday...I'm off sugar & carbs as well...my coworker says Ive been bitchy this week, thats what no-carbs does to me, lol. I walked 30mins yest during lunch, today I ALMOST got on the ellipical but then signed on to BDW and lost track of time...its still no excuse. Tomorrow I will force myself to work-out 1st and log-on afterwards.

              Amazingly I made it to the gym today! Took it a bit easy on my shoulders, but also did Quads & Hammys. Bit of abs too. Felt really great for once!

              WOW I just took Mats parents dog for a nice 30 minute walk along a nature trail! I've got some crazy energy today!

                Ok I'm jumping on this band wagon in hopes it will keep me motivated. I've been working out more then ever the past couple of months. Tomorrow marks the 4 week date until we leave for Boston and then for Mexico the next day. So starting tomorrow I vow to do strength training and run 4 times per week and to give up pizza on the weekends 4 weekends wont kill me right?
                So to answer the question yes I worked out today, I did a small run 1.5 miles and did my fluidity i.e. strength training for 40 minutes.
                tomorrow I will do my fluidity again in the morning and jog 3 miles after work.

                  I am also joining this thread to get motivated, especially since its getting nice out I would rather hang out. I did make it they gym today and did a spin class and upper body.
