    I just got back too, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the bike

      I run around my neighborhood about 1 1/2 miles a day and at least 500 sit ups!! Ugh. I'm still trying to get back in to shape the way I was pre baby..
      I just ordered my dress and it made me realize how hard I really need to continue working . Im sure you girls have felt that way!!! I could begin rambling ahh!

        I did 20 min, 20min eliptical, and a bunch of arm and leg exercises.

          just got back from the gym, an hour cardio, I am getting there...

              no! nothing today! but i walked around a wedding show...does that count? TOMORROW! back on track!

              done the run and the FI survived but just barely. he won't get up from the bed, and its only 7:23pm

                Saturday: Workout pull weights with Andy/possible run outside
                Didn't make it; had dress fitting and then napped for 2 hours before going out with the girls; danced for 2 straight hours though....much "droppin like it's hot" had to have burned some calories
                Sunday: Workout pull weights with Andy/possible run outside
                Went; make up for not working out saturday; did 60 min cardio and weights; Andy golfed....slacker.
                Monday: spin class (50 min) & yoga class (1hr) right after 5:15-7:30.
                I signed up for the class, so that means I have to go!

                Phew...that wore me out just writing it....I wish that was enough just thinking about it. I'm on 3 month bikini countdown. Yikes!
                Not too bad.....feeling focussed...but dang it is hard!!! You guys are all keeping me motivated....everyone is kicking booty
