    I went bright and early this morning...half hour cardio, half hour trainer.

      I went on a 30 min. walk with Dirk last night. Yah!
      Since I AM NOT on a 3 month bikini count down - - I will not be killing myself in the gym anymore.

        Yep- 30 min on stairmaster and then 30 min interval weight lifting/sprints. this feels good.....

          Went to the gym for an hour. I took a page out of Amy's book and did alternating cardio, between the bike and eliptical...since I run every other day I didn't want to do it two days in a row. Then I did some jump squats, and arm and back exercises. Michael coached me through it :)

            I did a 30 minute run on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the stairmaster last night

              Last night I focused mainly on my arms so I did some lifting for 20 minutes or so and then cardio for 45 minutes.

                Ran 3 miles this morning with my dog! he loved it.

                    I just got back, did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 25 on the bike. Woot, woot!
