    Does chasing my friends 2 year old around my house count as exercise? Then yes:)

      Wohooo Good job!! I'll have to motivate myself to go to the gym tonight too, maybe go on the bike or eliptical for a bit and then do some abs and wheights. Does anyone know how to get rid of the "points of fat" on the side of the thighs? I know lunges and all that, but I have this one area that I just have no idea how to target specifically

        I didn't post yesterday, but I did 45 minutes on the elliptical, and I am off to the gym right now...

            I need to run 4.5 miles today but its sooo windy outside! Guess I'll have to deal or use the treadmill.

              Ya sorry for the threadjack, but I just have to tell you that I read in a magazine if you are prego, you should keep your heart rate under 140. I think that after my first trimester I will get back in but just walk, no running.

                  walked about 5 blocks to the grocery store! WOOHOO! oh, and back with about 10 lbs in each hand, well worth it!
