Have you exercised today?

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of intervals on the stairmaster and abs. Today I did 30 minutes of rowing, random situps/pushups/squats in the morning and Dancing W the Stars Cardio video tonight when I got home. Too bad I ate like crap!!!

Great job Kate! cheer2.gif I bet the dancing with the stars video is fun! I went to boot camp last night. After avoiding the class for a week and a half, we saw the coach at Curcuit City and he busted me...I had to show up or he would have talked about me =) It was worth it! I always feel so good after I leave.

I decided to start another Boot Camp. I loved the one I did before my wedding, and I am not doing so well with eating and exercise since I got back, so my new boot camp starts tomorrow night. It will be the first exercising of any kind I have done since we left on the 21st, that is pretty bad.

Good for you! Sometimes you need a little jump start. I think I waited like a month to start working out again after the wedding. I mean, you work out so much before you leave that you just need a good break. Good Luck tomorrow!!

 

I'm still doing my boot camp on Tues & Thurs.....I still love it!

umm, I forgot this thread existed, lol!! How bad is that?!?!?!

 

But it looks like this thread has been hiding a lot lately, what has everyone been doing??

 

I started back on my diet & exercise routine last monday, I think I've done better in the past week then the entire year I was trying before the wedding, so sad!

 

So, I'm aiming for 4-5 days of some type of exercise each week and following weight watchers.

 

last week I did my turbo jam video, turbo sculpt video, 3 mile walk/jog with the dog, & cindy crawford video.

 

This morning I did turbo jam again. And then I weighed myself......I lost 7 pounds!!! Holy crap!! Probably losing all of the weight I gained during the wedding & honeymoon eating and drinking,lol!

 

Keep up the good work everyone! Lets start checking in again more often!

hi I haven't posted on this thread before but thought I might as well start.

 

I started a new diet yesterday (very strict-not fun lol)

I did one hr of circuit training (1 min stepper fast/ 1 min weights)

then I did a 45 min session of weight in the afternoon.

 

Today I did the circuit training again first thing in the morning and i'm hoping to make it to make it to the gym this afternoon (if it ever stops raining..I have to walk 25 mins to get to the gym)

 

I have just over 2 weeks to drop some body fat for my BD session when I get back to Canada so wish me luck ladies I will need it!!!!!

I wish you lots of luck and hope the best for you. You just have to watch what you are eating and exercise, that is all. Have some willpower, I am lacking that today.

Where in Canada are you moving to?
