    I've gotten all of my workout DVDs at Best Buy. Our's has a huge section. I also have the Carmen Electra Cardio Striptease 5 DVD set, which I haven't gotten 100% comfortable with yet.....it's hard to do a striptease with your parents and brother in the house, haha!

    But tonight I'm going to do the 5 minute warm up, try to do at least a minute or 2 more of the Jive workout, and then the 5 minute cool down.

      I'm taking today off. I've been feeling weird lately - out of it, feverish - so I've decided that maybe I should take it easy. I'll go for a run tonight if I'm feeling more normal.

        Ok I am joining this for the first time. Do I need to put my starting weight and what my goal is? I am suppose to go to marital arts class 3 times a week for 45 minutes.

        Short version how does this work

          Just like a DW - there are no rules! Just post if you work out, lose weight, whatever.

            catherine, you're so funny! Like kate said, we just post if we workout, try to encourage each other and motivate each other.

            Kate I hope you feel better, maybe a day off will help, maybe you're pushing too hard

            I did my cindy crawford workout last night which is about an hour,haven't worked out yet today, but will later on this evening.

              I am so going to exercise hell right now! I only worked out one time last week cause my FI grandmother passed away and we were busy with his family every single day until Monday night. Last week was so draining.

              I am back on the wagon though and did chest, lats and 45 minutes of cardio. I am so paying for it today!

                I did 35 minutes of cardio and weights this morning before work.

                  I didn't work out last night, instead had a work meeting and went to on the border after work and had a margarita and chips & guacamole, so so bad!! And today I was beat from staying up and drinking last night after I got home, so I didn't work out again today. Although I did work out for about 8 days straight, so I guess a little break is okay. I think I'm going to go to bed in a few minutes and get some rest and get up early and work out.

                  My FI's grandfather passed away 2 days ago so tomorrow night and saturday we will be busy, so I want to try to get a workout in in the morning.

                      I worked out last night for 1 hour martial arts class and 15 minutes on the treadmill prior to.
                      My problem is sweets. Trying to give up soda and chocolate any advice.
