Try your dress on, when it feels to small, that will give you motivation to get your butt to the gym for sure.

I worked out with my trainer yesterday and she kicked my butt, I can hardly sit to pee today. lol I will not work out today, I have been making fondant decorations for cupcakes all morning, it takes soooo long. But, I will do my best to fit in a visit to the gym tomorrow.

You have lots of time! I see that you are my neighbour, I live in Oshawa, it is so nice to have another Canadian girl from my neck of the woods. I got my bags at the dollar store!!! They are great mesh beach bags, I bought blue, and green ones. I haven't figured out how to post pics yet, I am not computer friendly!!!! My bags turned out great!

I am about to go for a run in about 5 minutes, it is 5:25am here in ontario, I have to try and get my run in before the kids wake for school, and Liam wakes to start his very busy day!!!

Yay, I can finally post here again!!!!

 

I did my cindy crawford workout today, 60 minutes of a mix of cardio, arms, abs, legs, etc...

 

It felt good, but its so hard to get up in the morning!!

WTG Jill!!

 

I ran 1 1/2 miles and did a 30 min abs class this a.m....starting to get sore from spin yesterday! Ouch!
