I have actually not been on her much this week, not been on the forum as much this week, I have been so busy, we move this Saturday, craziness. But, I have been getting to the gym, I went on Tuesday and did a pump class then I walked for 2 hours. Yesterday I did 65 mins of cardio and lower body weights. Today I had a walk through of my house, in another city, so just got back not long ago. Tomorrow I will make it to the gym and Saturday, I will be working my ass off moving, so I think that is an okay week.

Jilly, I did not get back to the gym for almost 2 weeks after my stomach flu, so I know what its like. You just have to slowly come back, it won't take too long.

Girls I got all three cindy videos because I know I will get bored, she also made a third one after she had her kids, I started with the first one (the one with the red bathing suit on the cover) and I also ordered Tae Bo, Amazon had good prices.

Jules it sounds like you had a great workout week, good job! Moving is stressful so take it easy, don't work yourself too hard.

o.k., I've stepped up my working out and my ENTIRE body is killing me!!!!!! One of my BM and I ran the past 2 mornings and I'm also lifting in the evenings with my FI. 2 a days were over in high school!!!

 

We are going to start running 4 times a week in the a.m.'s....WHEN DO I START SEEING RESULTS!?! Why does getting skinny have to be so freakin hard? Aaaargh!!!!

I am ordering Cindy Crawford DVD on Netflix. I want to see what all this talk about her video is about. I am not a huge work out video person. I prefer the pool or the track. We shall see what I think.

hmmm anyone interested, that lives in Southern California, in doing a exercise group...I know i try my best in going to the gym but if I had other people we could go together and would be more motivating....We could run on beach...go to 24 hour fitness...ect.

 

Just a thought....I know it would make me go to the gym more

Hey all, I went to the gym today and did 65 mins of cardio, then I did 30 mins of weights and then went for a 40 Min Walk. lol So, I am doing okay today, lol

 

I will be moving tomorrow, so I should get in a little bit of exercise doing that. lol Next week will be the real challenge because I now officially no longer belong to a gym. I hope I can find one in my new city right away.

I did pilates this morning

 

I just wanted to let you all know that I found my ondemand on my digital cable has fitness videos on it. I did one of the pilates videos this morning because my Denise Austin is missing.

So I took last night off, I dont think my body could handled the gym yesterday. I am still sore today, but I am doing just cardio tonight.
