well after playing 4 games of squash yesterday and a break from the bootcamp class that I was attending, I have decided that effective tomorrow night I am starting the "Couch to 5K" at my local gym on the treadmill.

I don't like running outside where everyone can see me - sounds ridiculous I know - but I'm a worry wart and wonder what everyone is thinking . . . i know i know

Unfortunately because I get up so early all my workouts occur when I get home - even then it's still late due to travel but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Wish me luck ladies!!

I need to do this because dress shopping is in 2 months!

Yesterday 20 min run followed by program 1 of 30 Day Shred

Nothing this morning as I have to go in early for work but plan to Shred tonight.

I really want to try on dresses but would like to lose 10 pounds before doing so. We don't even have a date, and it won't be for at least a year and a half anyway so I have plenty of time.

Last night I ended up doing 45 minutes on the treadmill doing a light jog.

Tonight I want to try and do either JM Boost Metabolism dvd or 30 minutes strength training and 30 minutes elliptical.

Thanks! :)

Just start a little at a time. It's easier to incorporate into your life that way. Good luck!
