Have you exercised today?

I just started working out at lunch to make life easier and burn more calories. So now I workout at lunch and after work. I would never workout in the morning.... I hit the snooze button too many times.

 

 

Just finished my Beach Body Blast! Thanks to my lunch workouts I lost 2lbs last week! A big lose for a .5lbs a week girl.

Butterball is my new nickname and I seriously need to get back on track!
