Have you exercised today?

I need to start contributing to this thread. I have BD pics in 5 weeks and my first fitting in 4 weeks! I ran 5 miles this morning and I'm doing Jillian's Shred DVD tonight. I also need to cut down on my caloric intake- big time.

3 miles on the treadmill today with a strange pain going up the back of my right leg. It eventually stopped. I want ice cream so bad but can't have any until the wedding.

Well I was going to do my 30 day shred, but my upstairs neighbour decided to fall asleep with his portable washer on!! Oh yes... water everywhere.. UGH! All over our bed.. our carpet.. even in the bathroom. Now there will be a billion people here for the next few days ripping up carpet and fixing ceilings. When will I exercise?!

I ran 3K with my running group and then got up and ran 5K this morning. I think I'm going to take a break until Sunday now, although it's supposed to warm up a bit this weekend so might motivate me to get outside for a bit...we'll see!

Kickboxing x 1hr and Karate x 1hr today. Ill be drinking this face off tomorrow, so no exercise for me, except to lift bottle to mouth and repeat 10,000 times. My "shower" is tomorrow. FI's family rented an SUV stretch limo to take us to Niagara-on-the-Lake for 6 hours of wine tours with a couple of my friends, family and his family. Should be interesting... wish me luck.

Tuesday: 1.5 hours ashtanga yoga

Wednesday: 1.5 hours hatha yoga

Thursday: Level 1 Jillian Michaels 30 day shred with 1.5 lbs weights (my first ever try of the DVD, didn't find the 1.5 lbs challenging enough)

Friday: Level 1 Jillian Michaels 30 day shred with 3 lbs weights (better, but think I need to try the level 2 now...)

Interestingly, despite eating right, my weight actually went up almost 0.5 lbs since last Friday. Must be muscle mass, because I'm fitting into clothes I haven't fitting into in 2 years and feeling better! (at least I'm trying to convince myself I'm getting somewhere...).
