Ughhh! So, everytime I get all ready to go to the gym, something happens... Last week my sneakers gave me an enormous blisters, I couldn't put on closed back sneakers for a week, before that a bee stung me in the arch of my right foot... (WTF it hurt so bad!) and now I had my clothes layed out today and I woke up with the worst cold... I just wanna go!!!

Congratulations girls!! You guys are doing great!grouphug.gif

I actually just started working out the past 2 days while I was on my trip. (I'm a flight attendant)

I did 40 minutes of walking & jogging. More of the walking though.

I'm so out of shape I hurt really bad!

I didn't get any sleep because I am sooo sore!

Do you guys have any ideas?

It's the one with the actual steps - like an escalator. It is SO hard, but my trainer said it is the best cardio machine in the gym. Lucky for me I love it.
There is a pre-set option called step lively that is basically like doing intervals.

I plop a big magazine down on it and I'm set for 45 minutes. And I am SO not taking responsibility for your fall!! smile120.gifsmile120.gif

Not many other people like that machine - there are only 3 in our whole gym and usually there is one open.

(BTW- my name is Kate too!)

People usually fight over that machine at my gym. I personally have never tired it, but now i'm very intrigued. Is it really the best cardio? It doesn't look like it, I guess because it looks so slow, but hey, I'm willing to try it out.

Only did 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill this morning. I had to come into work early because I have to leave early for a rehearsal. And getting up before 5:30 just doesn't work.... argh... I guess I'll just have to make up for it tomorrow morning!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
