Have you exercised today?

It's so tempting it's not even funny! Add to that the "vacation mentality" and you have 4 days of serious eating. I always think I want to live in NYC but I think I would gain 15 pounds within the first few months - like the frosh 15 all over again!

My sister and I just started working with a trainer and he has us eating a specific menu too.

 

Neither of us enjoy eating meat, so we rarely get enough protein, so of course the beginning of this process consists of egg whites, chicken and fish and tons of protein powder...blah!!

 

But it will be worth it once my muscles start showing :)

Well, on cable we have OnDemand. In the fitness and exercise section, they have yoga and most of them are super short and full of advertisements but i found a really good one that kicked my butt and was long-- I felt great all day today because of it! (Its called Yoga Fitness Fusion or something like that) I guess its not that weird-- its just like using an exercise tape, I just feel silly about it sometimes. stupid.gif

Hola chicas!

 

I did an hour spin class this morning (2nd time out) and am proud to report my booty isn't sore!smile117.gif and I felt great after!

 

I gotta be honest, getting up at 5:30 to go to class has hit me now and I'm hurting for a coffee....
