ran 10km and then watched the hills (I get made fun of every time by the FI because I'm too old to love it...but its my not-so-secret addiction)

That's awesome...I'm inspired by all you girls that run like there's no tomorrow!!! smile159.gif I've got my gym bag today!!! Can't wait to get on that stairmaster.

Wohooo Good job!! I'll have to motivate myself to go to the gym tonight too, maybe go on the bike or eliptical for a bit and then do some abs and wheights. Does anyone know how to get rid of the "points of fat" on the side of the thighs? I know lunges and all that, but I have this one area that I just have no idea how to target specifically sad.gifsmile35.gif

Ya sorry for the threadjack, but I just have to tell you that I read in a magazine if you are prego, you should keep your heart rate under 140. I think that after my first trimester I will get back in but just walk, no running.
