Have you exercised today?

Yesterday I ran 2 miles and weight trained legs. Today I am aiming for 2.5 miles and free weights. I am also going to add cardio kickboxing twice a week at the gym. Denise the girl who teaches it is awesome, but its like hell getting through the class!

Wow Natalie, good for you. That is a lot of working out. You must be so proud of yourself. smile72.gif I tried to find a smiley giving a pat on the back, but I am new, so I just see what is to the right of this box :)

OK, it's almost 2:00 this is about the time of the day that I start to think of excuses on why I can't work out... So now's the time to keep me motivated.

I know you guys, when I work out, it makes me feel so toned and better about myself, but then the lazy, tired and getting hungry person tries to talk me out of it. I'm telling you, she's a b*tch.. lol
