Thanks Julie! Well with that being said I took last night off for the birth of my new baby niece. She was born yesterday at 5:23pm and was only 6 lbs. I love, love babies!! Hopefully I am next in line.

tuesday I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes of arms

 

skipped wednesday

 

yesterday I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes of arms again.

 

I'm so sick of the treadmill, but I can't get my butt out of bed in the morning to do my videos, so thats my only option at the end of the day, lol!

No, I was supposed to go this morning, but was hungover. Darn FI, he's a teacher so he is off for the summer.. he always takes me out for dinner and drinks in the middle of the week. Shame on him hit.gif

I go see my trainer tomorrow.. he's gonna kill me!!!shots.gif

Last week I did pretty good, gym on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday), met with Trainer on Wed and Thurs, but then had 2 birthday parties this weekend and drank wine and ate cake, chips and bad stuff both nights. So, I really have to get serious now, or I am never going to look okay in a swimsuit, way too many people will see me in it, I need to get on the ball now.

 

I am seeing my trainer 2 times again this week, and am going to hit the gym at least 2 more times. Wish me luck.

Went yesterday (woo-hoo) and can barely move today b/c I'm so sore.

 

Planned on getting another trainer ... but at the Y, the Wellness prgram provides a complete assessment, including a workout plan, which I got started on yesterday. I can set an appointment for a reassessment at any time ... and think I will do it every 2 weeks to ensure I'm working to the right potential. Plus, they will help me switch it up ... by moving from the circuit machines to more free weights, etc. So it sounds like they will serve as a 'trainer' of sorts, for free. I'm pumped about that. Luckily, I don't need anyone to stand over me to workout ... but I will stay more motivated anf coused if I am able to constantly change the gym routine.

Friday was a day off for me. Saturday Reggie & I biked a 10K course (becoming a weekly thing for us!) and today I ran 30 mins on the elliptical.

    • Hi Everyone, So, I was cleaning out my closet and realized that I never sold off my extra wedding OOT bag stuff from our wonderful DW.   46 Daily Spanish for Dummies 30 Pool colored OOT fabric bags - approximately 13in x 13in. They lay flat.  I used them for our wedding and they were perfect for everything we needed to fit in each bag. There’s a slight shade variation in the group; I’m guessing some were cut from a different bolt of fabric.  They are also a little wrinkled from storage and will probably be wrinkled from shipping. I have three additional ones, but they somehow got something on them (likely toddler related). If needed, I can try to wash it out and send those as well. 
    • I’m getting married in six months to my foreign girlfriend. I was advised by a friend that one of the things I need to do before saying I do is to get a prenuptial agreement. Basically it’s supposed to protect my assets and properties in case my relationship with my future wife goes down the drain. I don’t know though if this is an acceptable practice when marrying Kiev ladies. I don’t want to do it if it would be insulting on her end. I need advice on this. Please help me.
    • So we are currently looking for an all inclusive resort for the wedding. We have 60 guests and found all the Dreams resorts as options and all of them gave us a quote and discounted price since it’s off season etc. Resorts in Punta Canta gave us a reasonable price, Dominicus gave us a really good deal then La Romana Resort and Spa gave us their regular price and so hard to negotiate. Will someone tell us how special is this resort that they won’t give us a good discount when all my guests are staying in their resort for 5-8 days. We are bringing $$$ in their resort and not give us a discount?  What is so special with this resort?  Can somebody recommend a beautiful resort?
