Julie its great that you are seeing muscle though! Even if the scale isnt moving dont be discouraged!! Youll get where you want to be in time for your big day!!

 

This morning Rayden and I walked to Hakim Optical.lol Its only about 25 minutes but its all uphill on the way back! It was a really nice walk. TOnight Im going to do my "workout routine"

I haven't been feeling well the past few days, so I didn't work out, but I got up this morning and did cardio party for 45 minutes, I love getting my work out done right away in the morning!

 

I weighed myself monday and lost 3 lbs. this week hasn't been as good, but hopefully if I keep up working out over the weekend I'll be down a few more lbs on monday.

I know muscle is good, I think I am just upset because I work out with 1 of my BM's and she was skinny to begin with, well now she has a six pack and looks amazing and I am still trying to get rid of fat, so it makes it harder for me, but also motivates me at the same time. I just wish there was a way to get rid of it faster. Aside from life threatening surgery that costs a fortune.

I hear you on the skinny BM. My sister is INSANELY tiny. Considering I weigh 20lbs more than her and she is 33 wks pregnant! lol Its pretty sad, but I try to use it as motivation like you are!

My BM is about 5'7" or so, I am 5'1.5" and I probably weigh at least 20 lbs more than her. lol So, its a huge difference. Oh, and my BF who is also a BM is drop dead gorgeous and so thin (has a 2 year old). I am not sure why I didn't pick any fat and ugly chicks to be my BM's. Huh, for any of you who have not picked your BM's, only pick ones bigger than you and not as pretty.

You gals are cracking me up......I'm wondering if subconsciously thats why I decided against BM's and GM.....I guess I'm too selfish to have the chance of someone upstaging me......whatever! It's our day damnit!

walked at the park Sat; hiked a little on Sun before the rain... not feeling like going to the gym today but it's been a couple days since my last run. Trying to motivate myself!!!

I am sick, so no gym for me tonight like I had planned. I really hope that I feel well enough to see my trainer tomorrow liked planned.

I definitely didn't do anything yesterday boo! today it's cardio crazy!

Yah ~ ~ I can finally post and say I actually did something. I took off the week before we left for the wedding, and haven't worked out since. I finally ran Sunday night 1 1/2 miles...and ran 3 miles last night. I can't believe I went almost 4 weeks w/o working out at all. I guess the break was good, now back to the pavement!!
