I worked out to Jillian Micahel's 30 day shred last night - level 2. i actually made it to the end, so i am really proud of myself (of course I cheated along the way because those continous movements are simply not human!)

I'm just on my 3rd day of Jillian's 30 day shred, but already my stamina is way up! The first day I thought I would die. But today I did pretty much everything the whole way through except the bicycle crunches, I hate those most of all, but I did about 75%, so I'm feeling really good. Having it a bit easier today is great motivation!

Has anyone triend Jillian Michael's new supplements? I saw her on the Rachel Ray show the other day talking about how her new supplement line will help the lbs. drop off with exercise. Jillian was saying how she does not endorse products ahe actually created these with a team of doctors. She also said there are no chemicals in them.

Wondering if they are worth the investment?

I saws this also and was intrigued. Chances are they won't be available in Canada.

I love Jillian, but the biggest loser is full of endorsements... gum, protein! I can't help but laugh every time they tell you to chew a piece of extra gum for cravings!

Zumba is great! I've become addicted to it recently. My favorite instructor always starts of the class with a few rules:

1. Never lock your knees

2. Have fun

3. Laugh at yourself!

I'm hoping it also helps with some salsa & merengue lessons before my big day!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
