Amy - I get to the gym at 5 am so it's totally empty which is why I get my choice of machines. When I used to go after work and it was packed I'd totally do the "whoops they are all busy I should leave" dance.
That is awesome 5 days this week!! I always seem to hit the wall at day 4 smile35.gif

I went to the gym yesterday and did 45 mins of cardio and 25 mins of weights.

Today, I went mountain biking for my first time ever with a friend who is an avid mountain biker. Well, the bike I used was too big for me, I am short, and I bashed up my pubic bone. So I am a little bruised and sore right now, but it was totally worth it, its a lot of fun. And scary, who knew.

i have surprised myself lately. I am on a yoga kick. Power yoga, some mixed with tai chi and pilates. I am going to a 6:30 class tonight. I have done about 5 days a weeks for the past 4 weeks and 6 days last week! Yea! I just need to stop eating so much. smile120.gif

I did Billy Blanks Ultimate Bootcamp this morning. I'm tired.

I don't know what is wrong w me this week but my energy level is way down during my workouts. I took Sat and Sun off so it's not like I'm overtraining. I don't think it's my diet either - that hasn't changed. Maybe I'll start drinking Gatorade before my workouts to help get me going.

I havn't taken a "real day" off of working out since Wednesday of last week. I consider Sunday kind of a day off because I went hiking with my FI's best buds wife. We did a 4.2 mile hike that was pretty tough but I wasn't dripping sweat and I didn't do my normal weights.

I did 50 min of cardio and then weigths and abs last night because I had made a batch of choc chip cookies for my FI who was horribly hungover on Sunday.....of course I ate more dough than he did cookies. Lovely idea.....what is with me and sweets! smile41.gif

I'm still on really good track though. I lost maybe the equivalent of 5 or 7 lbs...even though muscle weighs more than fat....so I go off of inches and sizes rather than weights. I think/feel like I gained back a little after my weekend of entertaining the frat boys. Trying to work that off this week hopefully.......good job everyone. This keeps me on track big time hearing everyone else kicking butt! muscle.gif muscle.gif muscle.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
