LOL that's awesome! I work on my Facebook Scrabble games between reps!

Did power yoga last night for 1.5 hours. Had so much energy!

This morning, got up at 6:10 to run 2 miles before work. Winnie, that would definitely be an extra motivation for me, knowing you're doing it too in Texas :-)

Tonight I have my second and final dress fitting! Will take pics again, just to see if I've looked like I've lost weight since my last fitting 3 weeks ago. Yay, I get to bring it home next week!!!!

Worked chest muscles before the 30-minute Step Aerobics class today and finished off with 15-minute ABS.

Not able to get up early this morning because the nasty storm kept us up in the middle of the night. Will try again tomorrow morning.

Scrap that, still working on the talk I'm giving tomorrow morning so no yoga for me tonight! My own fault for procrastinating all week :-(

Went to "Total Body Pump" at lunch and returned for a 50-minute sweat shop with Jillian Michaels "Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism" DVD.

Taking the trainer's advice to increase more cardiovascular activity and hoping to bring the weight and body fat down. I am finding new motivation after weighing myself in the past few days.

Pretty sore today but I DID make it to the gym and worked biceps (and then read some magazines), triceps (flipped through more magazines) and back (dreaded through that one).

Next time I should start with the bigger muscle groups first.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
