Have you exercised today?

Recommended Posts

Good Job Kate! I worked out almost everyday this week too! I skipped wednesday because I had to get up so early, but Thursday I did the cindy crawford workout for an hour, friday I did the treadmill for 45 minutes, saturday I did 25 minutes of turbosculpt and 25 minutes on the treadmill and today I just came back from a 5 mile walk around the lake. I notice my ticker just went under the 4 month mark, yikes!! I need to keep this up for the next 3 months!

Holy hell.....did spin class Saturday morning followed by 30 min of weights. Could hardly get out of bed yesterday morning but I have never been so happy to be in pain! Did yoga and pilates class on Sunday since my legs felt like they were going to give out on me!

I'm averaging about 4 or 5 days a week working out for over 1 1/2 hours.....trying to get up to 6 days a week. BD pics countdown exactly 60 days!!!smile159.gif

Regardless of if I get in the killer shape I think I'm going to I will be spray tanning my little hiney because I always say tan fat looks better than white fat bunny_4.gif

I took a Primary Series 2-hour Ashtanga yoga class on Saturday that literally kicked my BUTT!!! It was great, though I'm still sore today! I bought a one-month unlimited pass to the studio, so lots of yoga in the next 4 weeks! rolleyes.gif

I worked out last night. Did 25minutes of the eliptical trainer and then this morning I took Rayden for a 45 minute walk. Pushing that stroller up a hill has got to be a good workout! LOL
Yoga can be a GREAT workout (especially Vinyasa Flow/Power Yoga/ or Ashtanga Yoga). Great work last night!! :)

Great Job! And I say the same thing, tan fat looks better than white fat, too funny!! I wanted to do bd pics too but I don't think I'll be in good enough shape to do them before the wedding, but we'll see, maybe I can do something last minute!

Spinning is a fantastic workout!! If I could fit it into my schedule I would go to the gym just to do that. I used to do it a couple times a week combined with other gym classes and it changed my body. Its not easy by any means, the first couple times I did it I thought I was going to throw up, but you really feel like you worked hard when you're done! And don't give up after the first time because you want to die and the seat hurt your butt, it gets better! I think when I get about a two months from our wedding (which is coming quick!) I might just suck it up and go to the gym a couple times a week to do spin.

I haven't worked out yet today, its so hot here!! I'm waiting a little while for the sun to go down and digest my dinner and then I'm going to go hop on the treadmill.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
