Have you exercised today?

Still really sore...now I'm having a crohn's flare up on top of it! Booooo!!!

But I have a massage tonight, so hopefully that will help!

I went to Zumba last night!! I was in a bit of discomfort, but by the end of it, my crohn's was really acting up. I spent the rest of the night last night doubled over in pain. I hate it! I am at work today, but I don't know for how long. If this keeps up I'm going home! (sorry for going off topic! huh.gif)

Went to the gym this morning. Did 4 miles on the treadmill and 20 minutes of weight machines. I totally needed this after I ate about 12 cookies that a girl at work made for me for my birthday. Not that one trip to the gym can exactly reverse that mistake! I have no freaking will power when it comes to food. I have no problem getting my ass out of bed and going to the gym, but it's the food! How do I stop? I have my first fitting in 10 days, and my BD shoot and bridal portrait in 2 months!!!

I am finally back on the exercise wagon after having to take several months off due to surgery on my foot. Woo hoo! Thursday and yesterday I did a circuit routine with medicine balls and Sunday I took a long walk with FI. I am going to try running tonight (haven't been able to do that since the surgery) and see how that goes. FI and I are planning to sign up for a 5K soon and then a 10K. I would love to do a half (did one in '07 before the foot probs) but I don't think I'll be ready for that yet.

I've been feeling so crappy lately I haven't done anything! Boooo!!!

I have to go for my fitting tomorrow morning about 45min away and then get ready for my Bach. Party!! So I don't think I'll make it to Zumba. Plus we have FI's xmas party tonight which I have to rush right home after work to get ready for!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
