Have you exercised today?

Recommended Posts

I was up and working out by 6:00 am this morning! uhg. Had to be at the office early, and contemplated passing on the exercise in order to get a bit more sleep, but I pushed myself to do it, and as always after I exercise, I'm glad I did. :) I did 35 minutes of cardio and about 20 minutes of strength training (lower body).

Congratulations and it's so great that you don't feel gross and are able to excersize. I hope I have a pregnancy like that when it's my time!
Thank you! For the most part, I really can't complain! I wish for everyone to have it as easy as I have it now! :) Hopefully, it will continue this way.

Yesterday was a bad day for me though. I ate something at breakfast that didn't agree with me the rest of the day. My stomach blew up and hurt soooo bad. It sort'of stopped after lunch and then once I got home, it started again. Super weird! wtf.gif Needless to say, I barely slepped the night and didn't get up for my morning work out! sad.gif

Hello all! Everyone IS doing great by the looks of it.

I'm just getting over a...well, I think it was the flu? Hopefully tonight I can still hit up the gym for an hour of weights and 1/2 hour of cardio...if I have the energy.

jkcz0702, how's the wii fit working for you (what kind of exercises do you do on it?)? I've heard so many good/bad things about it. I was planning on getting one, but don't know if it's worth it now?

I hope you are feeling better. I like the wii fit I would not replace one of my workouts with it because you do one move and for about 10 reps then you select your next workout move. Kind of slow pace but better then just sitting in front of the tv. The more you exercise it unlocks new exercises. I like the aerobic games the hola hoop is my fav I find I laugh a lot. I think the other games boxing and tennis are a better workout. But the wii fit determines your bmi and weight and your mii (your character) grows and shrinks as you looks weight its kind of funny.

Hi, I'm new to this forum! I've been trying to shed the last 12 pounds of my "student" stress eating days for the last year and now that we're getting married (June 2009) I would really like to succeed in my goal! I used to run regularly but had knee surgery in December 2006. It is acting up again hence the reason I can't shed the weight since I can't run! I may need yet another surgery. In the meantime, I can do light yoga and some weight training. Any suggestions? Oh and I'm also trying to watch what I eat!

PS: did 1.5 hours of ashtanga yoga last night and am doing 1 hour of hatha yoga tonight!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
