Today I did 2 miles on the treadmill, some leg exercises and 45 min pilates, I plan to go back tonight and run 2 more miles and bi and back.
I know what you mean... I didn't go last night because it was so dark out when I got home and it was freezing rain (well, nearly... ) so I left it to this morning instead. And man oh man do I ever prefer the treadmill. Way less impact too.
You are a machine. Seriously. Where do you get your energyhuh.gif

Yay! That's all I'm doing too. I did weights this morning and crunches in addition, but I'm only doing 30 mins of cardio.
We're on the right path! elefant.gif

Way to go, kevsgirl!!! I unfortunately did not make it yesterday (me and FI left early to get to a snowboard convention) and finishing off invitations today. It's not too late, so I still might make it to the gym today. If not tomorrow...for sure. (I'm so good with making excuses...I need to work on thatsmile124.gif)

I'm in the military so physical training requirements make so that I have to run. I've been doing it for a few years and it still hasn't grown on me. I love to be active but just haven't grown to love (or even like) runningsmile41.gif

Ohh, and what's (episodes) week 3...4...?

Great Start! No pain, No gain.

I made it to the gym today and boy do I feel like I've got tons of energy. Maybe because I haven't been there in a few days smile105.gif

Keep it up ladies!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
