Ya - I'm not going through this entire thread just to see if this may have been brought up in the past! lol.

 

I'm just wondering if anyone uses those big yoga balls? I've been thinking about it, and have heard that they're really great and super versatile to many different exercises, but I don't want to buy it and be disappointed and only use it once! Any tips/advice? Does anyone know of a website that gives good excersises with the ball?

I've got one and I absolutely love it. Trust me you will like it because there are so many different exercises you can do with it....I'll look for some websites and let you know.

I am so bad I took Friday off because I got hurt at work. Then I was busy at a wedding shower and party Saturday night, so no gym. Then Sunday I was so hung over from Saturday shots.gif that I could not even finish cleaning my house!! I guess I had too much fun Saturday, I can't remember the last time I drank so much. smile120.gif

 

But today I got back on the ball with 50 minutes cardio and I finally finished my leg workout from Thursday.

WTG Natalie!! Sarah I can't believe you leave in 4 days. You've been working out so good lately!! Woo Woo!!

 

James and I went on a 30 minutes bike ride last night. I also went to the gym this morning and did 20 minutes of cardio and legs for 25 minutes.

Ooooh I got so much exercise yesterday (and the sunburn to prove it!!)

Rayden and I went for a 1 hour walk! And the whole walk home is uphill, plus the added weight of pushing a 25lb kid in a stroller! LOL It felt so great to get out that I think Ill do it again this afternoon!!!!

I have been slacking all week sad.gif Since Reggie's car has been stolen, and he has finals all week he's been using my car. So I can't get to the gym and I've been LAZY with running after work this week; only ran twice this past week. Somebody kick-start my butt here!!! wink.gif

I did my turbo sculpt video, my arms and legs were shaking when I was done, I'm going to be so sore tomorrow. I'm going to try to take one of the dogs out for a walk later, for a little more exercise.

 

Good Job everyone! Sarah I can't believe you leave so soon!

I'm sorry to hear that his car got stolen. How long ago was this?

 

I'm so happy that I got back on track yesterday. I went for a run yesterday during lunch and last night I did my pilates tape. I also did my tape this morning. I'm feeling good. I can't believe that a month from TODAY I'll be getting married.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
