Have you exercised today?

Recommended Posts

I just finished the DVD. I did the "Thursday" pre-set workout - core, arms, cardio. It was super good for the arms and abs. The cardio was a bit light - but good for my off days. It was enough to make me sweat a little. THe arms part was really good.

I love that you can basically pick whatever routine you want.

Overall, I recommend it!

The day is not over. I wish I could go for a run at lunch. I sweat like a pig so no workout for me at lunch.

I so wanted to stay in bed this morning, but I had a freight train snoring beside me, so there was no sense in staying!

Spin class is fun, I used to do it when I went to the gym, its a fantastic workout, I think I lost weight just sweating during that class!

Don't worry the day isn't over you can still get your workout in, its a beautiful day for a run! I slept horrible last night so I was very surprised that I actually got up!

sarah, don't get run down before your wedding! Maybe just take it easy for a few days, go for a nice long walk or maybe go swimming, so you'll still get yoru workout in, but it won't be as hard on your body.

I know....I normally can't run during lunch since its gotten hot here. But today its not bad. We've got a steady breeze, its actually really nice. I can't wait to get out of the office and be outside for a while.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
