Have you exercised today?

Recommended Posts

oK, gotta brag. Simply because it is sooooo hard for me to lose weight, no matter how much I exercise and how good I eat. I'm just kinda a short stocky girl. I don't have a super petite build like alot of short girls do- I'm more the "athletic" type, without the athletic part! lol

Anyway, my biggest issue is my stomach (well, that and my arms, legs, a$$, backfat, etc), and I have an impossible time getting it to go away. So, Jeff & I were getting ready for bed last night and he looked over at me and said WOW- your stomach is so little right now! I laughed at him and told him he was just trying to get something started and went to bed. So, this morning we were laying in bed and he looked over at me and grabbed my belly fat and was like- see, I told you it's smaller, I haven't seen your stomach this flat before!

WOOHOO!!! I guess my 4-7 miles a day on the treadmill is finally paying off. That and the 100 crunches and weights I do too.

Sorry, just had to put this out there. It's the little victories that keep us going!

Sarah that is GREAT!!! Doesn't it make you feel so great when the FI's notice?? Steve said something to me last week about my stomach looking smaller, although since then I've been pigging out and not exercising, so I'm sure its not smaller now, but it does make you feel good! Congrats!

Thats great Sarah! I think I now offically motivated my FI. When we met we both worked out 5 days a week solid and it has been a struggle to get back into that routine. He says its just happiness that made us gain weight. I told Kevin if he works out 4 days a week that every two weeks I will get him a little treat! So far so good, its our fourth day working out together smile159.gif

That's great Natalie! I wish I could get Jeff to work out with me. Last night he tried on his suit and was complaining about his fat belly. I said, well, you could be at the gym with me every day instead of shopping, golfing, and sitting in front of the tv!

Ok, so I have been really good all week. I broke down today and not only did I not exercise but, I ate a wonderful meal and drank too much wine :) I feel guilty. My FI and I had a tough week and needed to unwind but I want to be consistent! Help! How do you avoid the Fri/Sat night temptations?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
