Have you exercised today?

Recommended Posts

I think I'm going to do them when she has her wedding at the cape at the end of august. I feel like she's going to be so close & its perfect timing because by then its so close to the wedding I will hopefully have dropped some pounds and at least toned a little, I feel like I have to do it, if I don't do it now I'll never do it.

I emailed her about it, just haven't confirmed yet, I should just commit to it, maybe it will help me get my butt in gear!

You should def. take advantage of it! It will be so motivational, and your future hubby will be so proud of you! He will have no idea why other than the idea of preparing for your "big day!" Leigh isn't anywhere near me anytime soon, i'm soooo jealous! Just do it!!!! You can do it!

leigh, she did mention that her dad, (I think) lives in florida and that she goes down to visit fairly often and I think she told someone she could plan to be down there. I'm not sure how far that would be for you, but it might work. You should check with Leigh and if she's game maybe you can get a group of girls from florida, atlanta area together to do it!

I know, I have to do it! You'd think it would be motivational, but so far, only a little, hahaha! I need to go grocery shopping and buy some better food!

I heart sweets too. I buy the 100 calorie dark chocolate bars - totally curb the craving and they last all day if you break them into pieces.

ooh, good idea Kate, I'll have to look for those, after lent of course because I gave up chocolate for lent.

Also, I have a confession, (lent, confession, this is turning into church) the other day I was in the cafe at work, and there was some munchkins in there from DD, I grabbed a chocolate one without even thinking, I think I may have swallowed it whole, and as soon as it was going down my throat, I was like Nooooooo, I'm not supposed to be eating chocolate!

I'm such an idiot

So anyway, I didn't do the treadmill tonight, (jules keep reading, don't start typing yet, lol!) I did do a half hour of arms and a half hour of legs, kicks, squats, etc... did a little jump rope to get my heart pumping a little. I'm just so bored with the treadmill, I really have to buy some dvd's because I love doing classes and I think I would not mind exercising so much if I had some variety. If I had more time I would start going to the gym again, but I just don't think its going to work with my schedule right now.

so at least I did something!
Good for you, someting is a lot better than nothing. I almost peed myself when I read what you wrote, its like you know me already, cause I was totally about to start typing. lol

Go out and get yourself some tapes for sure, variety will keep you working out. If you are bored, you will not be able to convince yourself to work out, that is not a good thing.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
