I was unemployed for 5 months...but I recently contacted someone I worked with about 5 years ago to ask if I could use him as a reference.

He started his own company 4 years ago (when our boss let him go, he was teh VP) and he was actually looking for someone to do administrative/marketing work...and it's work from home!

I'm the "Chief of Administration and Marketing" for a Financial Public Relations firm

I am currently an Engineering Documentation Controller for a drilling equipment company. I'm on the look out for something new right now though as we were bought out by a company out of Houston and now this is the worst job ever!!!

I'm a corporate lawyer. Until about a year ago, I worked for a big law firm and the hours were ridiculous. I had no life! I left to take a job as Corporate Counsel for a large Canadian energy company, and have since been appointed Corporate Secretary as well. I love my job!

I actually work for the Largest Credit Union in the world. I'm in Branch Operations so I basically deal with peoples accounts, loans ect.. (basically everything). I've been doing this for 8 years so I like it. There's day that I just want to shake people and say "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR MONEY". I'm in a building with a bunch of military people so it gets interesting. Later on this year I will be traveling to the newer branches all over the world to train new employees on the different operations. My FI actually works in the Protective Service Unit in the Pentagon, he protects the Secretary of Defense, Dignitaries all over the world and organizes a whole bunch of Special Operations. We have stories that we tell each other every day.

I am a Civil Engineering Technologist by trade. I started off as a Draftsperson doing blue-prints for houses/cottages/etc. I have now branched off into the concrete industry where I am now an AutoCAD Technologist. I complete the shop drawings for concrete pipe/manholes/valve chambers/etc.

I think I am due another career change so I am going to look into the TA business! I think it's the perfect job for me!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
