First Draft of my Menu Cards

Hey there

 

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated! I started playing around with my menu cards. I am going to print them out on tan cardstock and stack them behind colored paper. (Or, something like that...we will see what I can come up with!)

If anyone has any other suggestions, or sees something that I should fix, let me know!!!

 

 

I couldn't figure out how to upload a powerpoint presentation...everytime i did, it told me it was an invalid file. Else I would upload that instead of a picture. (If anyone can guide me through uploading that instead, i will upload the menu.)

I would ask the resort if you can have mousse instead of mouse. I'm just guessing your guests might prefer that. LOL.

laughs!!! I didn't notice that either! Though, this isn't a finalized menu....just a sample one.

 

I haven't decided how i am going to make them pretty yet. Can't wait to see yours Tami!!

This is what I would change:

Remove the "A" before delicate and capitalize the "D"

Use the wording "Vanilla Bean Bisque Sauce" instead of what you have it's a little long

Capitalize the C in Wedding Cake

Capitalize the D & T for Dessert Trolley

thanks!! I used the wording the resort gave me! I changed it in my version! Thanks for the help!!

 

the food actually might change. (I haven't finallized it with my FI. And, we haven't decided exactly what we want. Like...surf and turf for the main coarse!!)

Another fun thing to do it to play around with some fancy fonts. You can get them free at dafont.com.

They really look great! You're really on the ball here... and making the rest of us look bad! I haven't even thought about the menu cards yet.

 

The only other thing I'd suggest is centering the titles a little bit. Like "Sopas" seems to be off-center (and so on). They really do look great though, maybe when you're done yours, you can work on mine!!! Seriously, you're way ahead of the game!
