Men & the infamous toilet seat

LOLOL...I am cracking up!

There is nothing worse than not looking and falling in! That is the grossest thing in the world!

I tell my family that the toilet paper, body wash and toothpaste fairy doesn't just magically appear when they run out of stuff!

Sometimes you just can't teach an old dog new tricks..(or habits)!

But EWWWWW....now that I think about it...it's one thing to do it at home, but they are guests in someone elses home and are stil pissing on the floor! That is SO YUCK!! Those boys need some home trainin'!

Ladies, I'm sorry, but hell... after my last trip to my brother's I'm fine if they want to leave the seat up.

My brother has 3 boys. The nearest bathroom to the guest room is the one that the three boys share. And sometimes they just don't bother to put the seat up.

Imagine, if you will, a middle of the night trip down the hall... you sit... and its... wet. EWWWW! GROSS! Seriously - I had to hop in the shower it was so revolting. I'd rather fall in...

So horribly nasty and disgusting. Doug's son is 12, duaghter is 9 and we (ok I) run into this problem often. Somehow when he is sleepwalking to the restroom in the middle of the night he also forgets to put the seat up. And I don't turn on the lights cause it wakes me up. And then with Ali, the toilet paper holder is installed across from the toilet, perfect arms length away---for an average adult, I've realized---because frequently when I walk in the restroom after she has used it, I notice that she must pee, then get up to reach the paper and in the process dribble on the seat, and after all the she fails to go back and wipe the seat. So it's not just boys!

Haha! Dribble is gross! For the longest time, I had no idea why kept having to clean up pee down the front of the toiliet, Tim kept saying it wasn't him, must have been the dog, lol, yeah right! Anyways, I go a step further with the toilet rules: I absolutely must have both the toilet seat down and the toilet lid down. And I have to have massive amounts of toilet paper in the house at all times. It took a while but Tim rarely leaves the lid up now and he indulges my toilet tissue needs by buying large packs from Costco. He's awesome to put up with my quirks since he is one of five boys.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
