I think you'll do great! The plan once you gety used to it is really easy to use. A lot of the time just knowing the "points" of a food has a big impact of whether you eat it or not. For example let's say you're allowed 20, 22, etc. points per day and you decide that you may have nachos for lunch. You go to Baja Fresh or La Salsa on of those places and you realize that their nachos have 45 points! Suddenly they really don't look that good! Of course there will be times where you'll eat whatever it is anyway but I think sometimes just seeing the facts makes a big difference.


You'll do great! Check out some of the recipe threads that have been put up over the last year or so.
