    OK ladies, after tons of consideration I have decided to give this a go! So I really hope it works out and I am sure you ladies will all give me tons of support, cause I have very little willpower!!!

                Congrats! I started about a week and a half ago and love it so far. It's very easy to follow.

                  I think you'll do great! The plan once you gety used to it is really easy to use. A lot of the time just knowing the "points" of a food has a big impact of whether you eat it or not. For example let's say you're allowed 20, 22, etc. points per day and you decide that you may have nachos for lunch. You go to Baja Fresh or La Salsa on of those places and you realize that their nachos have 45 points! Suddenly they really don't look that good! Of course there will be times where you'll eat whatever it is anyway but I think sometimes just seeing the facts makes a big difference.

                  You'll do great! Check out some of the recipe threads that have been put up over the last year or so.

                    im joining the wagon as well.. i really wish i had a workout buddy that was my FI... he is 220 lbs and goes to the gym to lift, no talking allowed grrr

                      Thanks ladies! I think it will be tough at first but Im determined. I am doing pretty well but I got a pound of maple fudge and I cant stop picking at it!! I hope someone else eats it soon so I will stop. Thats my biggest problem, I love to pick at sweets!
