Busy Bee,

This dress is beautiful.  I am also selecting a one shoulder dress for my bridesmaids.  Two of them tried it on and it looked great on both of them.  The bottom is not as flowy as the one in your picture, but I think the dress you chose will flatter everyone.

Good luck!

This is the dress I'm presently thinking of for my girls! I really love the one shoulder, but am trying to avoid the flowers on the one shoulder which seems to be really popular!  The problem is that my girls different shapes and sizes and I want to find something that will flatter most figures without getting different styles of dresses!  What do you ladies think?

Thanks ladies! I appreciate it so much! I wanted to make sure I absolutely loved it before I showed it to my girls!  I'm about 99% sure this is the one!

Boo for them not making it in bright purple! One suggestion though - have you actually looked at the colour swatches in person?  My colour is coral, to I thought that the coral colour (which is in the pic) would be perfect! But in person, it was WAY too dark and orangish, so now we'd be ordering it in the tulip (which looks pale pink online but is a pretty coral in person!). I found the colours online super deceiving! Have you tried the raspberry? So it still might be a possibility! Good luck!

I know :(. I did I went to one store and saw the swatches. It's hard to imagine a dress from a small square. So I went to stores untill i found the chiffon in raspberry dress i can see even if it wasnt the one i had wanted it was too dark and more of a fall looking color. We're getting married in April. The tulip is a pretty color. I saw that in person. I ended up finding another dress by Liz Fields who makes the purple I love! So everything happens for a reason :) Now my next mission is finding a flower girl dress to match my purple bridesmaids. My flower girl/jr bm is very fair and I feel like she'll be too washed out in a white or ivory dress. Not to mention her skin is super sensitive so I'll probably do chiffon for her too.

Thanks!  I let my BM's pick the dress out when we were all at the bridal store finding my dress.  They went hunting, each found one then did a try-on of them all together.  It was like a mini fashion show cheesy.gif  We then decided which dress was best suited for the 5 of them and this is what they came up with.  I know that this is a dress that they will be wearing again.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
