My maid of honour is wearing this dress but in bahama breeze (colour of the bm dress picture below):

I let them pick the dresses, I just said they had to be from the same line so that the colour would be the same. Not necessarily what I would have choosen, I was planning for them to be in short, but they like them so I'm happy about that.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Target too. I didn't want them to have to buy a dress since they are spending money to go to the wedding but I also don't have a huge budget. What is great about Target is that returns are easy. I order 2 extra dresses in case sized didn't work but was able to return them. Everything with them turned out great, a little wrinkled from the package but everything else was fine.

BTW, love the purple color you chose! I wanted that color originally but FI didn't agree.

Thanks! Someone said it was too dark for beach but I think with the right accent colours it will be great. Besides, I love it so that's all that matters (hahah).

I am a little worried about the dresses fitting and such. I'm sure the return is fine, but I'm from Canada so it might be a bit harder.

Also, they've shipped one but the other three for whatever reason are held back (still keeping my fingers crossed).

We haven't picked out the groomsen/groom attire yet but we're looking for teal shirts and khaki pants. I would love to find teal shirts with a white design and then have the Groomin the white shirt with the teal design.

 

I am looking into real touch flowers in pink tigerlilies and blue orchids.

 

The blue orchids acutally sort of have a deep purple hue in them and the teal that the groom/groomsmen are going to be wearing.

 

I'm using the teal/purple in my decorations but using pink and white as well to break it up.

We are having a royal blue, dark teal, white and gray theme!! A lot of colors but they look so good together! Now all i need to do is figure out what to use each of the colours for!! I am thinking royal blue for the BM. Dark teal and more blue for some of the decorations. The GM will be wearing gray and I will be in all white. Lets hope it all comes together!
