Hi Ladies!

I'm getting married at Dreams Punta Cana on 10-20-12 and I was just at the resort last weekend and met with my wedding coordinator (Deyanira Aristy) who has been nothing but helpful!

I'm having 200 guests so I wanted to go in person and make sure everything was set for our big day! I started a personal wedding blog and I just posted all of the pics I took of the resort., You ladies may find these pics helpful...feel free to check it out and ask me any questions. I stayed there for 2 nights and LOVED everything about the resort!

The staff was SUPER friendly, everything I ate was delicious, the rooms are clean and well kept.. the pool is amazing... the gazebo (where my ceremony will take place) is BEAUTIFUL and the pics really dont do it justice.

Happy Planning!!

That is good to know - we only have two kids (my own!) so far. I'm wondering what they will be charged for the reception (they will be 3 and 11 months). I'm assuming the 11month old will be free because I'll just probably pack his own food for the trip.

Grace! I'm so jealous you got to visit. I'm also getting married at the gazebo. I'm so glad you had a great experience. I can't wait to check out your pictures!

You're welcome! I was lucky enough to make it there just for the weekend to check it out and meet with Deyanira in person... I'm a little bit of a control Freak LOL

I want to add that I added drapery for the gazebo for the day of the wedding... I'm still waiting for a quote on that...

We're having the cocktail hour in the Himitsu Terrace and then the reception in the indoor banquet hall (we also added drapery to that room) Also.... I added lighting for the reception walls... I think it makes a big difference for indoor settings.

Anything else I can help with let me know.

    • Hi! That would be great. This is the only thing I need help with as of now. Finding one is my biggest roadblock so this is appreciated!
    • Hola!! How are you??? Let me find the contact that i used to have and I will send you the info.  Do you need something else? Warm regards
    • I’m getting married in June 2019 and cannot find a Sikh priest to be able to perform my wedding ceremony. I’ve contacted a few that live in Mexico but they never respond. If anyone knows of any who’d be willing to perform the ceremony and one that is okay with interfaith marriages, I’d really appreciate it!
    • Hi, my sister is getting married next year. She is very disappointed with the look of her tooth because they have a wide gap between her two front teeth. She always complains that parents have failed to correct this fault at the initial stage. Now, we don't have sufficient time to rectify the teeth because braces take at least two years for proper rectification. We have heard about 6 months braces from a friend of mine in Houston. Is this treatment effective? Is it possible to rectify the misaligned teeth in just six months? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.
    • Hi,
We are planning to celebrate our parents 25th wedding anniversary. We have been searching for a place to hold the party. Actually, we are planning to celebrate this as a wedding ceremony, as most of our families are there. We searched on the internet and found a place in Kingston. We are planning to book one of the resorts in Kingston to stay and celebrate our party. But, it's not been finalized yet. It's been a long time since we had met together and this could be a chance to increase our bond for love and togetherness.
Folks, if you have any suggestions for the destinations, share your suggestions. After all, this is our parents second wedding ceremony and we must make it so grand. Hope you will share your ideas. Thanks in advance!
