Dreams Punta Cana Brides

Recommended Posts

Hello..

Thank you for sharing your experiences and information which has been very helpful. I am getting married at Dreams Punta Cana on March 19, 2010. I would love to chat and share more information... air/land prices..etc.

Has anyone booked thru cheapcaribbean.com? I have found them to be the cheapest so far...any suggestions...

Thank you

welcome to the forum!! i am getting married only about a month and 1/2 after you and my travel agent has found the cheapest prices through Apple Vacations, but i think it depends also on where you are travelling from.

have you looked into getting a travel agent yet? that way you won't have to mess with trying coordinate all your guests' travel and they will be able to get you the best prices. if you still need one, you can click on the banner at the top of this site (colorful one with all of the "TA") names and there are some wonderful TAs here that can help!

Sorry about your new search. Go to Dreams website, and click into wedding which I think will give you an option to email them. I think once you send all your questions, a wedding coordinator will contact you and then your process will start. Good Luck. My recommendations is exactly what I did and after many back and forth emails, I finally booked my wedding for March 19, 2010. Once you have made up your mind, you send them a request form, and they will then get back to you with a confirmation.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Take care.

There are a couple of wedding coordinators at Dreams PC, but the one we're using is Deyanira Aristy and her e-mail is [email protected] As for pictures and other info, it's best to go directly to the Dreams website (dreamsresorts.com) and on the left you'll see a "dreams experience" and under that the "forum" and on there is a lady named baltobabe who is the ultimate expert on Dreams resorts. There are also heaps of pictures to be found on that forum as well.

Hope this helps you out with your planning!! We too were originally in Mexico until our flights were cancelled......

Cheers!

If you don't mind me asking, where are you from?
i am from cincinnati, which is where a majority of my guests will be flying out of as well.

you guys beat me to the forum info! also, if you don't get a response back from the automated form on the weddings page (that has all of your date preferences, etc.) send an actual email and you should get a response. hopefully the WCs are starting to have some more time as wedding season dies down a bit, but rest assured you will be well taken care of!

if you want pictures of just the resort you can also look for those on tripadvisor.com. a lot of former guests will load their pictures there to see!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
